These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the PMP website and the purchase of products
and services offered by PMP – Petits mais Pratiques.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Services
PMP offers:
Gift boxes (PMP Express, PMP Premium, PMP Luxe)
Individual products
Pharmacy Express products (non-prescription only)
Loyalty benefits through PMP Circle
All products and services are subject to availability.
PMP reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Delivery fees, when applicable, are clearly displayed before payment.
Payment is required in full at the time of order confirmation.
PMP reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues, technical
errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Areas & Fees
0–3 km from Disneyland Paris: delivery included
3–6 km: +5 €
6–10 km: +10 €
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on availability, peak periods, weather
conditions, or external factors.

5. Advance Orders (Premium & Luxe)
Orders for PMP Premium and PMP Luxe gift boxes must be placed at least 10 days before
the customer’s arrival.
These products require advance preparation, verification, and careful packaging.

6. Order Cancellation
Premium & Luxe Orders
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days after purchase
After this period, the order enters the preparation phase and can no longer be cancelled

7. Right of Withdrawal & Exceptions
In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Personalized gift boxes
Hygiene-related products
Perishable goods
Pharmacy products
Gift boxes prepared specifically for the customer

8. Returns & Quality Control
All products are checked and packaged before delivery.
Returns are accepted only in case of defect, damage or anomaly, reported within 24 hours
after delivery.
Clear photos and a description of the issue may be requested.
PMP may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

9. Pharmacy Products Disclaimer
Pharmacy products are provided without medical advice and without prescription.
Customers are responsible for checking product suitability before use.
Pharmacy products are non-returnable, except in case of proven defect.

10. Liability
PMP cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by:
External service providers
Weather conditions
Force majeure events
Incorrect information provided by the customer

11. PMP Circle Loyalty Program
PMP Circle is a loyalty program offering benefits to eligible customers.
Membership conditions and benefits may be modified at any time.
Benefits are non-transferable and subject to availability.
