What is PMP?
PMP (Petits mais Pratiques) offers curated gift boxes, essential products and local services designed to make your stay around Disneyland Paris easier, more comfortable and more enjoyable.
What types of products do you offer?
We offer:
- PMP Express gift boxes and essential products
- PMP Premium and PMP Luxe gift boxes
- Selected individual products
- Pharmacy Express products (non-prescription only)
Are your gift boxes suitable as presents?
Yes. All PMP gift boxes are carefully curated and elegantly packaged, making them perfect
as gifts for families, couples, children or special occasions.
How do I place an order?
Directly on our PMP website. Choose a gift box or kit, provide your delivery address (hotel, apartment, residence), and confirm your payment.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes! Our website accepts orders from all over the world. You can prepare your stay from your home country.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
- Bank card
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Secure online payment
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been prepared or shipped. Please contact us quickly via WhatsApp.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver around Disneyland Paris and nearby areas, including most hotels, residences and accommodations.
Is delivery included in the price?
Yes, delivery is included for all orders within 3 km of Disneyland Paris.
Additional delivery fees apply outside this area:
3–6 km: +5 €
6–10 km: +10 €
All fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
How long does delivery take?
PMP Express: same-day delivery or short delivery window, depending on availability
PMP Premium & PMP Luxe: orders must be placed at least 10 days before your arrival
Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.
Where exactly do you deliver?
We deliver within the area around:
- Disneyland Paris
- Serris
- Chessy
- Val d’Europe
- Coupvray
- Magny-le-Hongre
- Montévrain
Do you deliver directly to hotels near Disneyland Paris?
Yes. We deliver to the reception, or depending on your hotel’s policy, to your room when allowed.
What is the delivery time?
Between 1 and 3 hours, depending on your location and our availability. Express delivery is possible.
What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?
We can: reschedule a second delivery drop it off at the hotel reception (with authorization).
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes, you can select a time slot during your order process.
Pharmacy / Health Products
Do you offer medications?
No. PMP does not sell any medication.
How does pharmacy product delivery work?
The customer places an order directly on the pharmacy’s website. The pharmacy prepares and seals the order. PMP simply delivers the sealed bag to the customer.
Are the products handled by PMP?
For pharmacy products: never. We only deliver the sealed bag prepared by the pharmacist.
Premium & Luxe Orders
Why do Premium and Luxe orders require advance booking?
PMP Premium and PMP Luxe gift boxes are prepared in advance with special care. This ensures quality control, elegant presentation and availability of selected products.
Can I cancel a Premium or Luxe order?
Yes. Premium and Luxe orders may be cancelled within 3 days after purchase. After this period, the order enters preparation and can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a gift box?
Returns are accepted only if an item presents a defect, damage or anomaly.
All products are checked before delivery.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
Which items are non-refundable?
The following items are non-refundable:
- Personalized gift boxes
- Pharmacy products
- Hygiene-related products
- Perishable items
How are refunds processed?
If a refund is approved, PMP may offer a replacement or a refund. Refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Pharmacy Express
What is Pharmacy Express?
Pharmacy Express allows you to order non-prescription pharmacy products through PMP. We place the order for you and collect it from our partner pharmacy.
Do you sell prescription medication?
No. Only non-prescription products are available through Pharmacy Express.
PMP Circle (Loyalty Program)
What is PMP Circle?
PMP Circle is our loyalty program designed for frequent visitors, local residents and professional partners.
Membership is automatic with your first order.
How does the loyalty program work?
Your PMP Circle status is stored digitally in your customer account. Benefits are applied automatically at checkout.
Payments & Security
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
