Delivery
PMP provides fast and reliable local delivery around Disneyland Paris and nearby areas.

Delivery Areas & Fees
Zone 1 — Included Delivery (0–3 km)
Delivery is included in the price for all gift boxes and products
within 3 km of Disneyland Paris.
This includes most hotels, residences and accommodations in:
Chessy
Serris
Val d’Europe area

Zone 2 — Extended Area (3–6 km)
For deliveries between 3 and 6 km, an additional delivery fee applies:
+5 €

Zone 3 — Extended Area (6–10 km)
For deliveries between 6 and 10 km, an additional delivery fee applies:
+10 €

Delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Time
PMP Express
Same-day delivery or short delivery window, depending on availability
PMP Premium & PMP Luxe
Orders must be placed at least 10 days before your arrival
This allows sufficient time to curate, verify and carefully prepare each gift box
Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods
(holidays, weekends, weather conditions).

Order Cancellation
PMP Premium & PMP Luxe
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days after purchase
After this period, the order enters preparation and can no longer be cancelled

Returns & Quality Control
At PMP, every gift box and product is carefully checked and packaged before delivery.
Returns for Anomalies
Any gift box may be returned only if it contains an item with a defect, damage or anomaly
The issue must be reported within 24 hours after delivery
Photos and a short description may be requested

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Personalized gift boxes
Pharmacy products
Hygiene-related products
Perishable items

Refunds
If a return is approved:
PMP may offer a replacement or a refund
Refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
